Our team consists of highly ambitious and confident recruiters. They have excellent interpersonal & communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure. We believe in teamwork, and therefore we can deliver each assignment efficiently, with honesty and integrity.

We conduct a business meeting at the beginning of the month, wherein a talent acquisition strategy and targets are discussed among the team members. This is further reviewed on a weekly basis to check progress of various assignments handled by the Team.

We have a healthy and friendly work environment. Each new member of Buzz family goes through a proper induction program. We conduct internal training programs on all Saturdays.

There are rewards for key performers like Employee of the Year award (EOY), incentives schemes, performance appraisal after 6 months for new joinees, and thereafter a yearly appraisal.

We celebrate birthdays of all employees, festivals & occasions like Friendship day, Children's day, Diwali, Christmas and many more. A new employee also gets to cut a cake in Buzz upon her first candidate being selected. These initiatives ensure a bunch of motivated employees. We believe that work and fun should go together in order to give better results.

Training is a learning process that involves the acquisition of knowledge, sharpening of skills, concepts, rules, or changing of attitudes and behaviors to enhance the performance of employees.

ROLE OF TRAINING

We organized a training Program through an external trainer J.P. Kabra a reputed trainer who had conducted a full day session in his unique style. We organised the training programme at United 21 India’s first 4 Star Hotel cum Lifestyle Club.
